Clubhouse
The clubhouse, which is open to all residents, contains a meeting room for HOA meetings and events, a kitchen, a patio area, a fitness center, and restrooms for clubhouse or pool patrons. The clubhouse doors can be accessed using the Brivo Mobile Pass app, which residents download to their smart phones. To use the Brivo Mobile Pass to open the clubhouse doors, residents need an initial activation code provided by Bono & Associates. The activation code can be requested through the Bono homeowner portal. The clubhouse is not available to rent or for scheduling a resident's exclusive party event. If residents wish to use the clubhouse, it is with the understanding that they may not monopolize the space and hinder another resident's use.
