All homeowners in Terracina are members of the Terracina at Lake Forest Owners’ Association, Inc., a corporation not-for-profit homeowners’ association (HOA). The Terracina HOA is operated by a five-person Board of Directors elected by the members and governed by Florida state statutes and its governing documents and published policies and procedures.
This website contains both public areas and private, restricted sections accessible only by the residents with their assigned usernames and passwords.
